چکیده
The weapon target allocation (WTA) problem is a crucial issue in anti-missile command decisions. However, the current models ignore dynamic complexity, cooperation, and uncertainty actual combat process, which results misclassification omission of targets. Therefore, we propose bi-level model based on rolling horizon optimization marginal benefit reprogramming to achieve rapid impact static uncertainties battlefield environment. Further, also an improved recursive BBO algorithm hybrid migration variation perform fast efficient objective function. A simulation analysis demonstrate that suitable for larger-scale, complex, operations uncertain environments, while achieves better solution efficiency time compared with same type heuristic algorithm, meet requirements accuracy timeliness. In addition, obtain parameters further optimize its performance.

A Suite of Metaheuristic Algorithms for Static Weapon-Target Allocation
The problem of allocating defensive weapon resources to hostile targets is an optimization problem of high military relevance. The need for obtaining the solutions in real-time is often overlooked in existing literature. Moreover, there does not exist much research aimed at comparing the performance of different algorithms for weapon-target allocation. We have implemented a suite of metaheurist...
متن کاملA Bi-level Formulation for Centralized Resource Allocation DEA Models
In this paper, the common centralized DEA models are extended to the bi-level centralized resource allocation (CRA) models based on revenue efficiency. Based on the Karush–Kuhn–Tucker (KKT) conditions, the bi-level CRA model is reduced to a one-level mathematical program subject to complementarity constraints (MPCC). A recurrent neural network is developed for solving this one-level mathematica...
متن کاملMissile defense and interceptor allocation by neuro-dynamic programming
The purpose of this paper is to propose a solution methodology for a missile defense problem involving the sequential allocation of defensive resources over a series of engagements. The problem is cast as a dynamic programming/Markovian decision problem, which is computationally intractable by exact methods because of its large number of states and its complex modeling issues. We have employed ...
متن کاملA Discrete Dynamic Game Modelling Anti-Missile Defense Scenarios
A discretized game model of an anti-missile defense scenario is presented. Such an engagement is a pursuit of a "blind" evader, committed to satisfy a terminal constraint. It can be formulated as an incomplete information zero-sum pursuit-evasion game with state constraint. Such a game becomes non trivial if the evader has higher maneuverability than the pursuer. In this case the game admits a ...
متن کاملTOPSIS approach to linear fractional bi-level MODM problem based on fuzzy goal programming
The objective of this paper is to present a technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) algorithm to linear fractional bi-level multi-objective decision-making problem. TOPSIS is used to yield most appropriate alternative from a finite set of alternatives based upon simultaneous shortest distance from positive ideal solution (PIS) and furthest distance from negative ...
